Patricia J. Carney, President and Treasurer
Mrs. Carney is responsible for overseeing all activities of Mark Moore
Homes, Inc. She is also the President of Mor Management Corporation.
Frank Carney, Vice President
Mr. Carney assists with all aspects of the business, with special responsibilities
in the areas of finance, marketing, land acquisition, and land permitting.
Douglas R. Hampson, Construction Supervisor
Mr. Hampson has been associated with Mark Moore Homes since 1974. He has
worked in the building industry since 1958. Mr. Hampson has gained extensive,
valuable experience in all types of construction. He is responsible for
supervising all Mark Moore Homes, Inc. construction.
William R. Hubner, Registered Architect
Mr. Hubner is President of Moore Designs, Inc. and provides the architectural
services for Mark Moore Homes: feasibility studies, site planning, design
development, contract documents, and all construction drawings or plans.
Mr. Hubner is also a talented architectural renderer. Mr. Hubner and Moore
Designs also provide all their valued services to clients other than Mark
Moore Homes under the business name of Incite Architecture.
Janice V. Tarczal, Accountant
Ms. Tarczal is responsible for all accounting information for Mark Moore
Homes, Inc. and its related companies. Besides her valuable contributions
to managing all aspects of personnel matters and information technology
for the Company, Ms. Tarczal is responsible for producing the various
weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, analyses, and
budgets.
Gladys M. Moore, Design Consultant
Mrs. Moore has been actively involved with Mark Moore Homes since 1952
as well as being the proprietress of her own decorating business, The
Window Shoppe, since 1960. She consults to the Company on exterior and
interior design, site improvement, and landscaping design as well as supervising
any custom decorating work for clients of Mark Moore Homes.
